Does it cost anything to have a vending machine installed at our site?

Accepted Answer

No. Our fully managed service is provided at no cost to the host site. We supply, deliver, install and maintain the machine. There are no upfront fees, no ongoing charges and no lock-in contracts for the host.

Question 2

Does our site need a power point?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our machines require a standard 240V power point within reach of the installation location. We do not require any special electrical work — a standard GPO is sufficient.

Question 3

How many people do we need onsite to qualify?

As a general guide, sites with 50 or more people onsite on a regular basis are likely to qualify. The actual threshold depends on the type of site, the hours of operation and the expected usage. If you are unsure, submit an enquiry and we will assess your site.

Question 4

Who stocks and maintains the machine?

Accepted Answer

We do. AP Vending Group handles all restocking, cleaning and maintenance. We monitor stock levels remotely and schedule visits before products run out. If a fault occurs, we respond to repair it.

Question 5

What payment methods do the machines accept?

Accepted Answer

All of our machines are cashless-ready and accept card, tap-and-go and mobile wallet payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cash payment is not supported.

Question 6

Can we choose what products are stocked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with each site to understand what their team or customers prefer. We stock a core range and adjust it over time based on sales data and feedback. You can request product changes at any time.

Do you offer healthy or dietary-specific products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our product range includes healthier snack options, protein bars, low-sugar drinks and other dietary-specific products alongside popular mainstream items. We can adjust the mix to suit your site.

Question 8

What happens if the machine breaks down?

Contact us directly by phone or email and we will arrange a repair visit. We aim to respond to fault reports promptly. Our machines are serviced regularly to reduce the likelihood of breakdowns.

Question 9

Can we have the machine wrapped in our branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer custom branded wraps for organisations that want their machine to reflect their identity. This is available as part of our managed service or as an add-on.

What areas do you service?

We currently service Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and surrounding South East Queensland. If you are outside this area, get in touch and we will let you know whether we can assist.

Question 11

Do you sell machines outright?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sell machines through our brokering service for buyers who want to own and operate their own machine. We can also provide management support for operators who already own machines.

Question 12

Is there a warranty on the machines?

Accepted Answer

Our machines come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Ongoing maintenance and repairs are included as part of our fully managed service.
